As it turns out, there is a way you can try to check if your battery is a genuine Apple part.
Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
If you see the following message: “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine iPhone battery”, then it’s possible your battery may come from a third-party. However, there could also be an issue with the battery itself.
If you purchased the device from an Apple Authorized Service Provider, your device may have some coverage depending on your region and the time you have owned the device. Here is an article to help you find the nearest Apple Authorized provider: https://locate.apple.com/findlocations
