I changed every settings but it consistently fixed on HD

I checked Amazon Site

they mentioned here

I don't understand your question.

Are you wanting video in less than HD quality or in 4K?

Apple is not responsible for the quality of video Amazon streams to you. That is entirely up to Amazon.

The only control you have is open the Prime video app.

Select my stuff.

In the right corner select the gear icon, ⚙️.

Select streaming and download.

You can select the size of the stream or download.

They categorize it as Good (.6 GB hour), better (1.8 GB hour), best (5.8 GB hour).
