MacBook Air suddenly stopped working

MacBook Air is suddenly got stopped.

when checked with the service centre the engineer told it is having issue with motherboard and would cost around 35k.

is there any solution ?

It's not an issue, it's a done deal. Either Apple supports a "free" replacement for your model or they don't. There is a site that lists all the current programs but at the moment I can't think of its site name.

35,000? Obviously you're not in the USA. If the logic board is damaged, the only solutions are to replace the board or buy a new MBA. Which is the better value depends on then age of the device. At some point you're throwing good money after bad to keep repairing an old MBA. When you get to that point, your best value may be to buy a new, or newer, computer. That's of course your call.
