App called ‘web’ in battery usage

Since updating to IOS 14.8 I have noticed an app called ‘web’ in the battery usage list. I also had a message a few days ago (before noticing this app) which came with an Apple junk warning with a button to delete and report, which on reflection I cannot be certain was genuinely from Apple. Do Apple give such warnings, was it fake? This app seems to be in regular operation using variable amounts of battery and screen time each day. I can’t find it on app listing and can’t delete it. Have I cause for concern?
