How to remove the three dots on iPad screen?

I agree, I DON”T WANT IT…..Please make it possible to at least disable it. And please…….Stop with all the updates! Some of the crap you are dumping on is USELESS for many of us, these things need to ALL be made where it can be made optional or removed by the user. Quickly Please! TYIA.

I give lessons to the elderly on how to use computers and iPads.

It’s almost impossible to learn them not to press the three dots by mistake. Even worse, when they do, it’s very hard for them to correct the mistake.

This is extremely user unfriendly for anyone not tech savvy. And just bad design for others.

Please, take note.

Not everyone reads everything like you ask.

How about you just include where to send feedback to the real Apple at the top of the pages? Do it in big red letters.

That will make it much easier for the user and you won't have to handle the complaints about the poor design?

why are apple putting icons on the screen that obscure app elements? why do it at all. this is a terrible idea and means i cant actually access some functions in multiple apps.

bring back the option to disable multitasking at least.

the most baffling thing is that this completely ridiculous idea actually made it past the initial suggestion!

i suppose apple will now expect devs to work around this by redesigning their ui. rather than admit it was a terrible idea in the 1st place.

meanwhile, we will not be able to use these apps properly until devs rework their ui’s on a case by case basis.

Me too! It interferes w procreate esp when you have the full screen view. Multitasking isn’t that useful and I hit these three dots on accident all the time. Please allow us to disable 3 dots. iPad screen is small for design in the first place without dumb dots

Please please remove the 3 dots. I hit them multiple times each day. It is SO SO aggravating! I do not use split screen

I , like many other users, dont use multiple screens and find it harder to navigate when this product automatically opens other screens because I accidentally hit the dots! Please provide us an option to disable these.

So many of us HATE this feature, why isn’t there an option to disable it? I hate it and I am tired of all the updates and adding stuff that Apple does that I don’t want, if they don’t start making this stuff optional then I will OPT OUT of future Apple Products. If Apple can add these things then they surely can find a way to make them an Option.

Right! You have to open another tab to be able to delete it.

This is wasted feature . Annoying and unnecessary.

This is extremely annoying when using my iPad as an ebook. Every time I turn the page the dots reappear, then slowly fade away as I’m reading it, only to reappear on the next page. Very poor design.

the three dots are a good idea in a bad place. very annoying. please put them somewhere else.

Seriously Apple please fire whoever thought this feature was a good idea or helpful. It truly annoys me often and is ruining my iPad experience. Huge thumbs down.
