Hello, how to remove three dots from the screen? Dots stay there during full screen videos (iPadOS 15)

The three dots “button” is a core element of the iPadOS15 User Interface - intended to simplify use of full/split/slide-over multitasking. This control cannot be hidden or suppressed.
Some Apps will require update by their respective developers to accommodate changes made within iPadOS. Until affected Apps are updated, there is little that you can do other than to seek assistance from the respective App Developer:

If you can’t turn it off and it gets in the way of using other apps and features—which it does—then it is a design flaw. Pluses that I don’t use do not make up for the negatives.
The placement of the three dots is horrible! I keep hitting it when touching the address box. Get rid of it!!!!!!!!
From what I read, you cannot turn them off.
Get another device is the only way.
We don't want to use the feature. We want it removed or at least allow us to remove it.

I totally agree. Apple didn’t quality check from the consumer side.
And, your comments on this forum don’t seem to make it to Apple’s decision makers. That’s what I was told.
the New shortcut multitask feature is a terrible design that should be either removed in the next update, or have a]the option to turn it off. It gets in the way of several apps.
PLEASE REMOVE IT! Wtf it stays directly on some of other apps tabs. This is ridiculous. Or give the option to love it around the screen

Might I suggest that you read some of the responses which advise on where you need to go if you want to give feedback that will actually be seen by Apple.
