Hello, how to remove three dots from the screen? Dots stay there during full screen videos (iPadOS 15)

The three dots “button” is a core element of the iPadOS15 User Interface - intended to simplify use of full/split/slide-over multitasking. This control cannot be hidden or suppressed.
Some Apps will require update by their respective developers to accommodate changes made within iPadOS. Until affected Apps are updated, there is little that you can do other than to seek assistance from the respective App Developer:

Responding to Apple's Product Feedback on this issue is like ******* in the wind. It's there, it's of no use, it's a PITA, it wastes time but it's Apple - - end of story.

This is not a user problem, but an inattention to proper UI that can be resolved by allowing the user to control it’s use.

I agree! I rarely use multitasking and the 3 dots are just annoying for me. We should have a option to disable it or relocate it so it’s less intruding.
The three dots are the worst—I use music software with a midi keyboard through my iPad and had to change out my whole system because the dots got so annoying. So dumb; just let us turn them off
How hard is it?
Dots needs to be selectable on or off by users (customer) choice.

Why does apply make “user friendly” changes that the users can’t edit or change. We should be able to manipulate various item on these expensive Apple devices that we’ve purchased.

It does not help! Why not make it possible for your customers to remove an unnecessary eyesore you are forcing on the top center of a screen if they wish?
