I need help with my refund

Hi there

actually I got a problem with my refund and it’s such a big surprise how such a company Like APPLE can’t manage for a refund ,

well The story just started like I wanted to try the app for 3 days trial since the app offered me that but when I clicked for 3 days trial i got a message form my bank which said my card has been charged!!

I didn’t mean to buy the app and 10 seconds later I deleted that app and asked for a refund since I didn’t need that and I’m student I’m abroad who has a lot of expenses :( so could you refund my money I. Have contacted every where but I don’t know how it works.

I checked my claim status it says “refunded” but I haven’t received any money in my account .
