AVG file cannot delete after the UnInstall

The AVG file com.avg.Antivirus.SystemExtension will not allow to delete; and, not happy MicroSoft places undeletable files on my iMac Big Sur. The App is from the infamous AVG Antivirus app; and, can only uninstall when app is open, and select Uninstall. But, Find Any File found at least 20 files NOT deleted. I was able to delete all but this one. Started up in Safe Mode, and guess what. The file cannot be found. It disappears.

Can someone please assist in deleting this one last AVG file? I have tried to change permissions; but, it says I have read/write permissions. Tried to add myself, administrator, and again get the "You do no have permission to access this file". Never again will I trust anything MicroSoft. They are all malware for Mac users.

First: AVG is not a Microsoft product. It is provided by AVG Technologies,

Second: AVG has a number of products. Which one did you actually install on your Mac?

Third: Have you contact AVG support directly for assistance with this yet? ... or even checked their support site?

Finally, macOS does not get viruses. There was no need to install an AV app on it. We get numerous posts here of folks asking assistance to removing them.
