Water damage

My iphone 6S+ has recently been dropped in water and is now showing signs of water damage. The home button and touch ID aren't working, the phone is slow when it does open, it came up with a restart page and the speaker is slightly muffled. Is there any way to help fix the home button and touch ID, as well as getting the phone to stop working so slowly.

Here is an article that may help.

You can get support from getsupport.apple.com. Select iPhone > Repairs & Physical Damage > Liquid or water damage.

It cannot be repaired by apple - they may supply an out of warranty replacement for ÂŁ327 or $399

Having it repaired by third party is not recommended as once water is in there it will just get worse.

Follow Sean_W's link or
