BeatsX earphones

Just purchased BeatsX earphones and they will not sync with iphone 13pro using ios15. I have tried all troubleshooting on beats and apple site including trying the hard reset by holding down power button and volume down button for 10 seconds (LED light does not ever come on). The device has been fully charged with the LED light lit solid when plugged in.

We see you were viewing "Sound troubleshooting – Beats headphones and earphones" and it did not resolve your issue.


When attempting to reset your Beats make sure you're following the steps in this article:


Set up and use your BeatsX earphones


Then try the steps here:


If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
