Apple Arcade

I recently changed my membership in Apple Arcade. Currently I am getting the error, The error is “Cannot invite more people. You've invited too many family members to your group. Contact Apple support for more information.” Please help us resolve this issue.

Can’t access my subscriptions So, I got the Apple Arcade a few days earlier, and found out it is shared with everyone who is in a family plan I am also part of. I want to change it so the arcade subscription only applies to me. But, when I try to open the subscription setting in settings, I get a can’t connect message every time. I tried: Waiting a few hours, days and then trying again clicking the can’t connect for a few minutes. Disconnecting and connecting to my wife again. Using the iTunes on my windows, tho I can’t get into the subscription option without either getting a sorry a problem occurred or a window, telling me to sing in even tho I was already. Right now I have no power over my subscriptions and it is freaking me out. Is there a way I can solve this?

There is a max of 6 people on a family sharing subscription. If one person has multiple Apple IDs, each of those count as a person.

As the message shows, try contacting Apple Support.

Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.
