Ios 15.0.1 screenplay

I have just got iOS 15.0.1 and so does my friend, and we tried to enact the screenplay function. But unbeknownst too us, the button which should’ve been displayed under the end button on FaceTime did not show up. I’ve looked into it and could not find a reason as to why it wasn’t working. Could anyone help?

Effects in Facetime on iPad Pro I have an ipad pro 9.7" that my grandchildren use to Facetime with us. It previously had the effects button but that has disappeared in FaceTime. How do I get it back? They enjoy using the animoji effects when we are talking.

Apple announced that feature would not be included in the release of iOS 15 and would be released with an update sometimes in the future.

Yes, an X.0.1 update will always be a bug/security update and will not include new features. You would be looking for an update like iOS 15.x
