How to disable your child's hotspot on iOS 15?

There doesn't seem to be a way to disable the hotspot on iOS 15 (or previous versions). This is needed as the kid will just enable a hotspot on his cell phone and go to his school computer that is locked down with MDM (i.e. Circle) so it can't be enrolled in the home network controls and then circumvent everything that is on their iPhone (i.e. Ourpact). This can be done through Apple Business or Apple School with Apple Configurator 2, but there doesn't seem to be a way to apply a CSP manually to a particular device. It seems insanely difficult to get around this gaping whole in limiting what kids can get to.

Hello, if you have a mac computer, you can go to the app store and download apple configurator. Then you can connect your childs phone to the mac. Once it is connected, you can prepare the phone and put it in supervised mode. Make sure first you have a backup of your childs phone because this will erase the phone and you will need to restore it. When it comes back up it will be a supervised phone. Then in configurator again you can make a profile that prevents changes to personal hotspot, therefore leaving it in the off position. Then you send this profile to the supervised phone while it is still plugged into the mac. Then after that you can restore your phone from an icloud backup. At least I think it will all work. I know I am able to disable the hot spot that much i have already proven. I haven´t yet restored the phone from icloud yet but I think that should work too. I am doing it tomorrow to one of my kids phones. I use circle and screen time. But the kid can get around it by using his laptop and connecting to the personal hotspot. Hopefully this will work for both of us.

Hello, that isn't the question I was asking. I'm not concerned with him getting to my personal hotspot on my iPhone. I want to disable the hotspot on his iPhone so that he can't use it to for him to circumvent all the home and iPhone parental control by simply using the cellular hotspot. I believe the only way to do this is via Apple Business or Apple School with Apple Configurator 2 or convince one of the MDM children applications (i.e. OurPact) to allow that setting to be toggled via their MDM.
