Hi,

I don't have the option to install apple software updates and don't have the "Restart in MacOs" in Windows via bootcamp.

Why?

Are Bootcamp drivers installed?

If you are missing Apple Software Update (How to use Apple Software Update for Windows - Apple Support), then you may need to Download and install Windows support software on your Mac - Apple Support.
