Bug - iPhone 13 Pro Max?

Why when zooming in and then zooming out from photos is freezes, especially on Facebook pictures? It happens when using Safari as well.

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

It seems like it got fixed. After I posted the first message, my phone took a turn for the worst. I could not get any cellular data, no matter what I did (followed several YouTube tutorials, and I did bunch of things, including resetting network settings and factory reset). It turned out to be a malfunctioning SIM card. I went to Verizon and they changed it for free and no more issues. Hope this helps.

Facebook is not an Apple product. You will have to contact Facebook support.

If you look at my first post, I said pictures, pictures on FB and Safari are freezing more often that not. I know FB is not an Apple product, but I never had an issue like this with my 11 Pro Max as I have with this new 13 Pro Max.

Me too!! Exactly the same issue! When it freezes I can’t do anything and most of the time the app will eventually just shut down. Losing the place I’m at. This NEVER happened before the 13! I’m about to turn the crap back in.
