won't import my photos from my iPhone to iMac Photos with a name already exist

A lot of my photos can't be imported from my iPhone to my iMac Photos. I discovered that the name of the photo, like for ex. IMG_5741, on my iPhone that has the same name than the photo in Photos on my iMac can't be imported because iPhone consider that this photo is already imported but it is not the same picture. This bug appears after that I updated my Big Sur. I imported all my photos from my iPhone without any problem before this update. ( in July 2021)How can I force the importating from my iPhone to my iMac without using the airdrop?

Use Image Capture to download those photos to a folder on the Desktop. Then import from that folder an you should get this option when Photos detects a duplicate image:



which give you the option to accept or reject them.
