I have not been able to access several commercial webcams since updating to iPasOS on my iPad Air 4. Just getting a black screen. What setting am I missing?

using iPadOS version 15.0.2
When trying to load a webcam window I just get a black window. Attached is a screenshot of the black window.
Restart did not solve issue.
here are links to three webcams for example of issues I am having. These all come up fine on the iPhone. Just my iPad that has been upgraded to iPadOS 15.

If the issue persists, can you provide your exact iPadOS version? You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.
