Where can you find the app that you draw with the Apple Pencil

The Apple Notes app in iPadOS allows drawing, as does the Mail app, as do various other included Apple apps, as do down-loadable Apple apps like Pages.

Mail and Safari and other apps will convert and insert hand-written text as characters, too. You can print text into the Safari address bar and many (most?) other text-input fields, too.

And there are many fine apps that target different sorts of drawing and painting and other art, as mentioned above.

There are, literally, a couple of hundred apps that you can purchase and use ( write and draw ) with your Apple Pencil.
