1. Are you trying to play content in the Apple TV app on a TiVo Stream device or are you playing content in the TiVo Stream app on an Apple TV device?
2. Does this occur when playing a specific movie or TV show or does it occur when playing anything?
3. Are you playing audio directly through the TV speakers or a different device?
