TiVo Stream - sound on Apple TV doesn’t come through. All other apps work. I’ve tried unplugging, rebooting, any other suggestions?

1. Are you trying to play content in the Apple TV app on a TiVo Stream device or are you playing content in the TiVo Stream app on an Apple TV device?

2. Does this occur when playing a specific movie or TV show or does it occur when playing anything?

3. Are you playing audio directly through the TV speakers or a different device?
