ICloud I have been paying for extra GB on my iphone and than received an email saying it was upgraded to no additional cost. I am still getting charged though?

Upgrade on icloud I got an email saying my iCloud is full and asking me to purchase 50 for .99 BUT I am ALREADY paying for this and have been for a few years… do I not have the service I have been paying for?

Apple isn’t providing a free 50GB plan, they are improving the services provided when you rent the 50GB plan.
