My iphone 11 cannot change time zone due to device restriction

We understand you'd like to manually set the time on an iPhone, but can't because restrictions are turned on. We're happy to help.

If you have restrictions currently turned on, you can turn that off by navigating to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, then turn the toggle button off at the top of the page. You can then proceed to manually set your time.

What to Do:

1. Sign Out: of iCloud
2. Restart: your iPhone
3. Sign In: to iCloud
