Security questions come up in foreign language.

Trying to log into an appleid that was done a long time ago and seems to not have an email associated with it. Security questions come up in some foreign language. I reset them but at next login they are back to same foreign language so I can not login. I'm ok to login from an old device but I can't access app store on a new M1. How can I contact Apple by email or phone to fix this. All the website support has been absolutely useless.

A source of phone numbers is exactly what I posted two hours ago. I cannot give you a single number since it depends upon where you live. All a single mouse click or tap away...

Been there, done that, more than once. Asks all the questions and when I try to login next I'm back to same questions that I don't understand. I need actual human help. I don't want to abort that appleid as I don't want to loose app purchases.

I am looking for an email address or phone number of the Security Team.
