I have an iPhone 12. It has about 70% battery and was working fine until I plugged in the charger. The screen went black, now I can no longer turn the phone on. I have tried using another power cord to charge, but nothing. Is there anything else I can do

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If that fails more than 2 times you should arrange a service or repair
