No animation with MagSafe case

I do not see an animation after installing the apple magsafe leather case . I know it’s a genuine case as it was purchased in apple store . Is something wrong with my phone or the case ?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

You haven’t mentioned any steps you may have tried, so we recommend beginning here, How to use your MagSafe Battery Pack. It goes over the information you will want to know about your case and how to add the widget.


If you still are unable to see the widget for your case, go to Edit Control Center on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Remove the widget and add it back.
