now ios 15.3.1 when lockcsreen i put phone into case the phone has no popup animation no everything appear

i had reset all setting but not help

can anyone help me pls. thank.

iphone 12 doesn’t detect magsafe case, is MagSafe broken in my phone? I bought a MagSafe case from apple and when I put my iPhone 12 in it the animation doesn’t play in the screen, like if the phone didn’t detect the case (already tried again 2 times). Does this mean my phone could have problems using other MagSafe accessories like the charger?

Hello,

If should work if you have the genuine Apple leather case. Note: you may have to move the phone around a little bit so that it is correctly positioned on the charger. See this link:
