marat-ah,

Thank you for those details. You've taken some great steps already. You can reach out to the manufacturer of the external monitor and ensure it has all available firmware updates.

Another two steps you can do is test this in safe mode and a new temporary user. Safe mode runs certain checks on your MacBook Pro, while a test user lets you test for this issue in a user that hasn't had any changes to settings or any customizing. Both of those steps are both helpful to isolate the issue. The two articles below should help with those steps:

Best wishes.

Hey marat-ah,

It appears that when you walk away from your MacBook Pro and external monitor, it will turn off immediately. You've taken a great step by looking in System Preferences > Battery. Is this happening when your MacBook Pro is plugged in and charging or when it is unplugged? More information can be helpful to let us know what might be going on.

Does this continue if you restart your MacBook Pro? Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac  It may seem like a simple step, but it can sometimes help.

Also, does unplugging and plugging the HDMI cable from your external monitor and MacBook Pro help? You'll want to make sure the connection is secure.

Take care!
