very strange behavior, when I leave the table, my external monitor connected by HDMI turns off immediately, I do not touch the table and wires.
no energy saving item in System preferences, only Battery,
how to disable this feature?

Another two steps you can do is test this in safe mode and a new temporary user. It appears that when you walk away from your MacBook Pro and external monitor, it will turn off immediately. You've taken a great step by looking in System Preferences > Battery. Is this happening when your MacBook Pro is plugged in and charging or when it is unplugged? More information can be helpful to let us know what might be going on.
Does this continue if you restart your MacBook Pro? Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac It may seem like a simple step, but it can sometimes help.
Also, does unplugging and plugging the HDMI cable from your external monitor and MacBook Pro help? You'll want to make sure the connection is secure.

my laptop is plugged all time (used as workstation),
I checked and replug usb to hdmi multiport adapter once again, the connection is good.
shut down Mac also did not fix problem :-(
