Protecting Specific Apps from being Offloaded

I recently was trying to free up more space on my iPhone(7). I allow it off load apps to save space. It off loaded a specific app that I don't ever want to be offloaded. Is there a way to protect individual apps from being offloaded?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

No. If you have the phone set to offload rarely used apps, that's what it does. All or nothing. You could probably prevent the app from being offloaded by using it every couple of days.
