Shortcuts automation not working: Play a specific playlist when a particular Bluetooth speaker is connected

Hi there. I created a personal automation that is supposed to play a specific playlist in the Music app whenever my iPhone connects to a specific Bluetooth speaker.

However, when the speaker connects, it doesn't play. Instead, the shortcut only appears on my lock screen. Is there something I'm missing here? I don't see the point of setting up an automation if I need to manually trigger it each time lol
