App library groupings

I have just upgraded from the iphone 11 pro to the 13 pro. With my 11 pro whenever I downloaded a new app it was grouped really well in to a folder that I was happy with. I set my new iphone 13 pro up with an icloud backup and most of my apps have now stored themselves in a folder titled "other", compared with before where everything was very well organised and my "other" folder had next to nothing in it. Is there any way to fix this or change the app type for example, other than going back to the traditional folders that I arrange myself? If not that is quite disappointing as I have not had an issue with this before.

Hey Yo5si,

It sounds like you're seeing an issue with multiple apps appearing in the "Other" category in the App Library. We can understand wanting to get that resolved. We want to help. iOS will move your apps to different categories as it learns from your usage.

"Your apps are automatically sorted into categories. For example, you might see your social media apps under a Social category. The apps that you use most frequently will automatically reorder based on your usage."

As discussed here: Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

Thanks!
