images in messages won't load on new iPhone 12

The most recent version of iOS is 15.0.2. You can update. It is always a good idea to have a backup of your iPhone before updating.

Thank you for the update. From what you are explaining, it sounds like the issue is happening with your internet connection. Are you able to load Messages when connected another Wi-Fi network? Do you see the photos when looking back in the message history? Does this issue happen for both SMS messages and iMessages or does it happen with only one Message conversation?
