my ipad got stuck in a reboot loop, and i've put it in dfu mode, itunes is restoring it currently, but i was wondering how long it takes to restore. i use my ipad for work, and would like to know.

You'll just have to wait it out. Unfortunately, there is no way to know how long it will take. The more data, the long it would take.
As long as it takes.
Recovery mode times are different with everyone's Apple iOS devices.
You just need to be patient and wait out the entire process.
