i have error -2003F when installing macos on macbook air

The " Error message" indicates there is No Active and Working Internet Connection.
When booting in Recovery Mode, as it appears, the easiest way is to connect an Ethernet Cable to Router. Otherwise, when booting, have to look for Wifi Icon and manually input the Wifi Password.
