Question mark in blue box on website

I am having difficulty with a website that i have used many times in the past. I continue to get a blue box with a question mark instead of the photographs of the items I am looking to purchase. Also, the format is completely off as there is text but again, it doesn't look at all like it is supposed to. It is a website I have used many times in the past. I do not have this problem with any of the other sites I go to to purchase items, only this one. The website is Pottery Barn. Anyone else having problems with it?
