An MDM profile can only be removed by the administrator of the deployment. You cannot do so from the device itself. It must be removed from the deployment server.
Where did you get the phone.
If it was issued by your employer, talk to them.
If you bought it second hand, either the company that originally owned it did not release it from their system properly before reselling it or it's stolen.
You need to have it removed by the company first.
