i reset my iphone and give it to some one but he cant unlock phone he need my apple id password.can i sign out of iphone with my gmail and he enter with new apple id

Go thru these steps first: if your info pops up, the phone was not wiped.

the new person may need to also get a new SIM card for the new carrier, if they require them
