I'm not receiving all of my emergency alerts.

I have an iPhone SE (2nd gen) my husband has an iPhone Xs (both of us also have the Apple Watch series 6) and neither of us are getting subsequent alerts extending expiration times for the Tornado warnings that we've had in the last week on our phones or watches. We are both on Verizon, different locations for one of the tornados and on Wifi both times.

Emergency Alerts I have everything turned on for emergency alerts yet I am not receiving them while my husband and daughter are. I’ve tried turning them off and rebooting the phone, then turning them back on. There is a fire in our county and my husband is getting evacuation notices for residents near there, but all I’ve gotten are air quality notices for the county north of here. Is it a location setting thing?

Not Getting Governmmet Alerts on my iPhone 12, Version 16.5.1 I recently did not get any alert on my phone about an approaching tornado but my wife did. We have the identical iPhone 12 with version 16.5.1. The setting under the Government Alerts section under Notifications is identical to one another. Any suggestion for why I'm not getting the alert? Thank you.
