Contact name not showing up correctly in Calendar.

One of my employee's contact names is showing up incorrectly in Calendar. Basically something like "Sharon via Zoom", instead of just her First Name and Last Name. Her email address is correct, but it is associating a contact name from that previous conferencing service that we used.

I selected her name in the calendar invite, and clicked "show contact card", once I get to her contact card it doesn't show that substitute name anywhere.

At a loss where this is sticking around from, and would love to know if there is anywhere I can dig deeper to manually remove?
