I have AirPods that will not pair up with my iPhone at all. Not even the Apple Genius at the store could figure it out. I was able yesterday to pair it up with my grandsons phone. Has anyone had this problem? I have 2 pair of AirPods with the same problem.

Well thank you but I have done that before and nothing. BUT just now, my daughter saw a video about slightly pushing down on the AirPods as they are charging and it WORKED!!!!! My daughter is the Apple Genius!! Thank you Heather!!☺️
You may be able to resolve it by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Please note that this will also remove all your wireless networks as well.
