Iphone 12 pro max constant loading wheel loop.

Hello!

My iphone shut off an hour ago and is just in a constant loop of a spinning wheel loading and freezing. I tried doing a force restart by pressing the up volume and then down volume and then holding the power button, and it worked to turn my phone on for 2 seconds before going back into this loop. I'm not sure what to do to solve this?
