If you have the Apple Music subscription service see Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support, otherwise see Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support.

That's helpful. How do I Sync my Mac to my phone? I don't see any sync command or button. (Obviously, I don't know a lot about how to use the internet technology, and the accompanying hardware.
