Respiratory Rate tracking not working with Apple Watch 6

Hello! iPhone 11; Apple Watch 6-both updated. I use AutoSleep and I wanted to turn on tracking the respiratory rate, but I don’t have the options it would seem…when I look in the Heath app-not there; when I look at the sleep on my Apple Watch-not there.

The only place I can find it is in the privacy setting on my iPhone and as you see-AutoSleep is enabled to read the data.

anyone know where to find this setting on my watch or how to finish setting this up!?
