Old Mac OS restore/reinstall issue

After a factory restore has been performed on my old Mac when restarted the first time a question mark popped up on the screen. After the second restart and pressing the keys ‘command’ and ‘R’ I was able to connect to a WiFi internet. After third restart it is showing error 2002F.

Please advice!

Thank you

Your internet is inadequate in some fashion..

In General—

If your download speed is suspect get on a different network

or get closer to the router if wifi

alternately use a etherenet connection not wifi

Disable any VPN or Proxy servers you are using

Power Cycle your router
