Cinematic mode on iPhone 13 pro max not working blurry

I just got my iPhone 13 pro max, I got a notification on setting, “important camera message, unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple camera” I don’t know what this means, but my cinematic camera mode doesn’t work.

many issues?
