camera of my iPhone 13 Pro Max is showing as "unknown part" and the wide angle and cinematic mode are not working

i am using apple phone since years
now the camera of my phone 13 pro max it’s showing unknown part and the wide angle and cinematic mode is not working ,my friend using 12 pro max has also hot the same issue.when i checked many people are complaining about this issue after the new recent updates.when i went to apple care they told to repair it cost around 23000.
i need a proper reply for this as i am using my phone very neat and clean and i trust apple
