Verizon Wireless / NYC user / frequent "call failed" and frequent dropped calls
My iPhone12 was doing just fine until about a 3 weeks ago, then "call failed" started to occur almost daily. Verizon was unhelpful, suggesting that I turn off 5G, and turn off Wi-Fi calling. I did the latter, but I'm paying for the 5G and 5G is available in NYC.
Then, I obtained a new sim. That does not solve the problem either. Unfortunately, no one seems to know if the problem is hardware or software, or whether it's Apple related or Verizon related.
Is anyone else having this issue again?
