How do I report an incident that happened at an Apple store? I went to open their big glass door and it scraped across the outside of my foot, ripping the canvas of my shoe and my foot was bleeding.

injured my foot and ripped my shoe today at an Apple store with their big glass door. In a hurry to collect my phone so I didn’t look at my shoe/foot until I was out of the store. Not a huge deal but not the best door design if someone’s foot can get under it.

Cant find a way to report such an incident. Anyone know?

If the store is in a mall you can contact the mall administrator at customer service.
