Hi,
Since a while, Music is crashing on opening the application and signing in to iCloud Music Library.
After entering my account credentials, syncing iCloud music library starts and right away results in a crash of the application.
Anyone experiencing this issue/suggestions on how to solve it?

See Use multiple libraries in Music on Mac - Apple Support to create a new empty library. See if you are then able to Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support with that library. If that works you can potentially merge in locally stored content rather than downloading it again, although it might be best to discuss where the various parts of the library live before you do anything to avoid unnecessary duplication.

Thanks for the tip! Creating a new empty library, and subsequently activating Sync with Apple Music worked for me. I copied all Media folders over to the new Library folder, seems to work well now. Cheers!
Try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in safe mode to see if that helps. If not it might pay to check for malware with a free trial of MalwareBytes.

Unfortunately, no success there. The issue is persisting.
Any thoughts on "resetting" specific library files, coupling the library to Music again. Thanks, cheers.
