MacBook Pro late 2016 - FaceTime camera not working, display brightness not auto adjusting and battery not charging

About 3 months ago my FaceTime camera stopped working (no light and not connected according to apps) and the display brightness stopped auto adjusting. Managed to get by and turned the auto brightness feature off.

Yesterday my MacBook started not to charge whilst being used which is obviously quite a massive issue.

I've installed the latest software, reset the SMC and NVRAM - none of which have fixed any of the issues.

What am I looking at here? is this fixable or has my MacBook reached its final days?
