Apple Store

Hey, i mistakenly purchased CamScanner yearly subscription. I want to refund the amount. But the problem is the phone number for Pakistan given by apple on their support website is not working. Is there any alternative way of getting help from apple? I really need to refund the amount as it is a lot.

Avira I want a refund from Avira that app did not work. No body answer from that German company. I bought it from apple store. What can I do ?
